Bidisha Basnet

Sponsor: Elisabeth and Dan Tugén. Bidisha was born 2007 and studies in Creative Academy. Her hometown is in Sindhupalchok, the epicenter of earthquake on 25 th April, 2015. Her current address is Kirtipur, Kathmandu. She is living with her mother and small brother in a small rent room in Kirtipur. Her father is in Trishuli. She likes drawing and painting. Her father used to work as a labour in Trishuli but due to the accident now he is unable to do any work. He is only one source of income in her family. Bidisha’s father had taken loan to build a house in their village. After not even a year, house collapse due to the earthquake. At the same time, her father caught in an accident. Now it is next to impossible to pay loan to villagers.
